Account & Subscription

How do I update my payment information?

Log into your account and head to the billing section. You’ll see an option to update your card details. Takes about 30 seconds.

If the page won’t load, clear your browser cache first.

How can I cancel or pause my subscription to art news content?

Go to your account settings and click on subscription management. You can pause for up to three months or cancel outright.

We don’t make you call anyone or send an email. Just click and you’re done.

VR & Technical Issues

What are the minimum system requirements for the virtual reality gallery?

You need a VR headset that supports WebXR. Most modern headsets work fine. Your internet connection should be at least 10 Mbps.

(Older devices from 2018 or earlier might struggle a bit.)

I’m having trouble logging into the VR platform. What should I do?

First, make sure your app is updated. Then restart your headset completely.

Use the submission form on the artist portal page. Include at least five high-resolution images and a short bio.

We review submissions every two weeks.

Are tattoo artist consultations available through your platform?
