Can I modify my order after it’s been placed?

It depends on what you ordered.

For physical items, I can change your address but only if it hasn’t shipped yet. Once it’s out the door, I can’t pull it back.

What is your return policy?

Physical goods are pretty straightforward. You have 30 days to return them as long as they’re in original condition. I’ve processed hundreds of returns over the years and about 94% of customers who follow this rule get their refund within a week.

Digital sales are different. Once you download a design or we start custom work, that sale is final. Same goes for custom design deposits.

Why? Because I can’t resell a digital file you’ve already accessed. And artists deserve to get paid for time they’ve already put in.
