Solve Common Account Issues in Minutes (Without Calling)

Look, I know how frustrating tech problems can be.

I can’t log in or I forgot my password

Click the ‘Forgot Password’ link right on the login page. You’ll get a secure reset link sent to your registered email address.

Don’t see it? Check your spam folder. It should arrive within five minutes.

How do I update my billing information?

Go to ‘Account Settings’ then click ‘Billing & Subscription’. You can update your credit card there, view past invoices, and see when your next payment hits.

How do I change my profile or portfolio details?

Head to the ‘My Profile’ section in your dashboard. That’s where you can edit your bio, upload new work, and change your contact details.

Everything public-facing lives there.

Where can I find my subscription status?

Open the ‘Billing & Subscription’ page. Your current subscription level and renewal date sit right at the top.

A Quick Tour of Your Account Dashboard

You just created your account. Now what?

I remember staring at my first dashboard thinking it looked like a spaceship control panel. Too many buttons. Too many options.

But here’s the truth. Once you know where everything lives, managing your account takes about two minutes.

Some artists tell me they prefer keeping things simple and never touch their settings. They say the default setup works fine and why mess with it. Fair point if you’re just browsing.

But if you’re serious about showcasing your work? You need to know what’s under the hood.

The Main Dashboard is where you land after logging in. It shows your portfolio views and what’s been happening with your work. Think of it as your home base.

Account Settings sits behind that gear icon in the top right. This is where you update personal info, change your password, and decide which notifications you actually want (because let’s be honest, nobody needs 47 emails a day).

Privacy Controls live inside Account Settings. You can choose how your profile appears to others and what data you’re comfortable sharing. I always tell people to check this first. You’d be surprised what’s set to public by default.

Content Manager is your creative command center. Upload new pieces. Edit existing work. Delete that experimental phase you’d rather forget (we all have one).
